Nicole “Nurse Nik” Berkley, RN, PLNC—a certified Professional Legal Nurse Consultant, Director of Nursing, and healthcare strategist with a unique blend of expertise spanning corporate operations, clinical nursing, and healthcare advocacy. After a decade building systems in corporate operations, Nurse Nik became a registered nurse in 2016, bringing her clinical experience across substance use disorder, psychiatric mental health, maternal health, community health, and healthcare compliance. Today, she leads clinical transformation initiatives while pursuing her MSN in Public Health and PMHNP licensure, combining real-world clinical expertise with strategic healthcare leadership.
